Pastor Lekan Rotimi is the General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Church In Glory Assembly Inc, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria. He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics.As a fire brand Christian he has served in several capacities in pastoral office under other ministries since the year 1989. His commitment, faithfulness and loyalty in service earned him the trust of the ministries he served. His love and passion for God has always been on the increase till date. In view of his loyalty and faithfulness in service, God led him to start an independent work in the year 2000. The ministry under which he served for several years, named Jesus Is Life Church with headquarters in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. The ministry gladly released him to fulfill the higher calling he has received from the Lord.
The Lord began Church In Glory Assembly in the year 2000 through Pastor Lekan Rotimi, in his living room with his wife and set of twins.The church has now grown as a wide umbrella with other Parishes. Church In Glory is one of the fast growing churches in the garden city of Port Harcourt.
Pastor Lekan Rotimi preaches with passion, he inspires with illustration and convince with relevant example just to drive home the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is a prolific teacher of God’s word, a pastor of pastors and a visionary leader with an insightful awareness of connecting our generation to God’s purpose for their lives.
He is the South-South Zonal coordinator of Christians United For Israel Prayer Outreach (CUFI), Nigeria.
Pastor Lekan Rotimi is a man of prayer and has traveled to many Nations to minister the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ such as United States of America, United Kingdom, United Emirate Kingdom, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana and many others.
He has authored several books like “The Power of Prayer” “ Prayer Bullets For Outstanding Results” “Strategic Praying” “Words Of Wisdom For Daily Meditation To Ignite You Unto Exploits” “Insights To Shining In Marriage” “ Sunday School Devotionals Volume 1 – 10, Devotional Study on the Gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit and Several Newsletters and Magazines.
